Thousand Talents Plan (Long-Term)

在海外取得博士学位,原则上不超过55岁;引进后每年在国内工作一般不少于6个月;在国外著名高校、科研院所担任相当于教授职务的专家学者。

The Thousand Talents Plan (Long-Term) applicants must be under 55 years old, should have earned a PhD degree from a foreign country, and hold a full professorship or the equivalent from a prestigious foreign university and/or R&D institute at the time of application. The suwww.becomingberlin.comessful applicant must be willing to work in China no less than six (6) months a year.

 

青年千人

Thousand Talents Plan for Young Scientists

年龄不超过40周岁;在海外知名高校取得博士学位,并有3年以上的海外科研工作经历;申报时在海外知名高校、科研机构或知名企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位;为所从事科研领域同龄人中的拔尖人才,有成为该领域学术或技术带头人的发展潜力。

Applicants for the Thousand Talents Plan for Young Scientists must be under 40 years old and have more than three years of research experience in a foreign country. They should have earned a PhD degree granted by a prestigious foreign university, and hold a formal teaching or research position(s) in a prestigious foreign university, institution, or enterprise at the time of application. As an expert in a specific field(s), the suwww.becomingberlin.comessful young professional applicant must display the potential to become a leading scientist in the future.

Hundred Talents Plan A (Academic Talent)

具有在海外知名大学、国际知名科研机构或企业担任教授及相当职位的任职经历;在本学科领域有较深的学术造诣,具有广泛的国际学术影响力,受到国际同行的普遍认可;年富力强,具有领军才能和团队组织能力。

The Academic Talent applicants must be well-established in their field, with widely-recognized and international academic influence, and hold a full professorship or the equivalent in a prestigious foreign university and/or R&D institute. Applicants must be industrious and diligent, and should exhibit superior research vision and be capable of leading a group and organizing research activities.

 

百人计划B类(技术英才)

Hundred Talents Plan B

 (Technological Talent)

在海外从事工程技术类研发、或从事重大科学装置建设、仪器设备研发等相关工作3年(含)以上的中青年杰出人才;能够解决关键技术问题、推动技术创新,并取得过一流成果。

The Technological Talent applicants must be outstanding early or mid-career individuals who have engaged in the research and development of engineering technologies and innovative scientific equipment and instruments in a foreign country for more than three years. The applicants should have the ability to solve key technological problems and undertake and develop technological innovations.

 

百人计划C类(青年俊才)

Hundred Talents Plan C (Promising Talent)

具有博士学位且申报时取得博士学位未超过5年;在海外知名大学、科研机构等学习或工作3年(含)以上的优秀青年人才;在本研究领域已崭露头角,做出过具有突出创新思想的研究成果;具有优良的科技创新潜质和较好的团队协作能力。

The Promising Talent applicants must be outstanding young professionals who have earned a PhD degree within five years at the time of application, with more than three years of research or teaching experience in a prestigious foreign university and/or R&D institute. As promising talents in specific field(s), the applicants should have attained prominent scientific and technological achievements, exhibit outstanding innovative potential, and have the ability to work well within a team environment.

2.海外工作不满3年者,可不占指标参评副研究员岗位和硕导资格

 Awardee with less than three years overseas work experience: Assistant Professor, qualification to apply for Associate Professor and Master Supervisor free of number limitation

工作条件 Working Conditions

1.到位2年内,匹配支持人才专项与科研启动经费130万元;择优后另增人才专项经费200万元

1. After two years of working at CASIA, the awardee shall receive a research start-up fund of 1.3 million RMB. After qualification by CAS, the awardee shall receive a two million RMB additional talent-specific fund. 

 

2.提供办公用房50平米

2. The awardee shall have a 50 m2 office.

 

3.如获硕导资格,每年可招收2个硕士生;如获博导资格,每年还可招收2个博士生。

3. When certified as a Master’s Supervisor, the awardee can enroll two master’s students each year; when certified as a PhD Supervisor, the awardee can enroll two more doctoral students.
